EM73866概述
EM73866是一个为液晶产品应用而设计的4位的高性能单芯片CMOS微控制器。其增强的功能包括8K字节ROM，500 - nibble内存，4位ALU，13级子程序嵌套，22级时基，2个12位定时器/计数器为内核的功能。 EM73866还包含了6个中断源，两个输入端口，7个双向端口，32×4最大的液晶显示屏，内置看门狗定时器和高速定时器/计数器。
EM73866有三种操作模式（慢速，空闲，停止），旨在降低功耗。
